Grand Island & Custom Tours

Underrated Gems, Your Way

While often overlooked when planning a trip to Munising, Grand Island should not be underrated. With towering cliffs, sea caves, waterfalls and beautiful sandy beaches, and no crowds, Grand Island may be the best spot for your next adventure. We offer 3 or 6-hour tours along the east side of the island. Launching from Sand Point, we cross the East Channel over to the famous East Channel Lighthouse. From here we head up along the “thumb” of the island. 3-hour tours turn around at an impressive sea cave while the 6-hour tours continue into Trout Bay and have lunch on a beautiful sandy beach surrounded by stunning cliffs and views out over Lake Superior.
